Cutting parameters, such as the number of pieces of cut details, their dimensions, the speed of the cutting band, the speed of the arm's descent, are set on the control panel. The device automatically stops when the series is cut, the cutting band breaks or another failure identified by the cutter's control system is detected. The body of the machine is a cast iron set on a rigid, spatial plate structure of the casing. Inside the housing there are: a hydraulic unit, a coolant tank with a pump and a chip feeder. The drive of the cutting band based on an inverter-controlled motor ensures smooth regulation in a large range of speeds. The hydraulically forced lowering of the arm is regulated in a wide range by a precise throttle valve. The fast feed system allows you to shorten the time of cutting individual elements. Hydraulic material feeding system ensures a fully automatic working cycle of the machine. The controller equipped with an LCD display allows you to program the operation of the saw, signals the end of the material, communicates errors and informs about the number of cut sections after the programmed time. The maximum material feed length in one stroke is 500 mm with an accuracy of +/- 0.2 mm per stroke.
