During the overhaul, the machine was disassembled by more than 70%. All relevant wear parts, including ball guides and drive spindles, were thoroughly inspected and replaced where necessary. This was followed by a complete geometric measurement, alignment, and additional verification using a laser measuring system. The machine bed and the entire base were thoroughly cleaned. All pumps were disassembled, cleaned, and overhauled. Every hose, including hydraulic and pneumatic lines, was completely replaced.
