During the overhaul, the machine was disassembled by more than 70%. All relevant wear parts were carefully inspected and replaced if necessary, including ball bearings and drive spindles. Subsequently, a complete geometric measurement, alignment, and additional check were performed using a laser measuring system. The machine bed and the entire base were thoroughly cleaned. All pumps were disassembled, cleaned, and overhauled. All hoses, including hydraulic and compressed air hoses, were completely replaced. In addition, the machine was completely repainted and is now in very good visual condition. The generator and control system were cleaned and technically inspected. The generator's air conditioning unit was also cleaned to ensure reliable cooling and stable operation.
