WORKING PRINCIPLE
The extraction fan is located at the top of the booth, at the end of the system. The pressurized air flow created by the fan carries the powder coating particles towards the filters and collects them on the outer surface of the filters. Powder coating filters are cartridge type and are cleaned during operation by a pull-reverse filter cleaning system. The pull-reverse system consists of pulse valves and a compressed air tank, controlled automatically or operated using manual buttons on the control panel.
POWDER RECYCLING
As a result of the filter cleaning system, powder coating particles fall down and are manually collected in a bucket at the bottom of the filter unit.
