The geometry of the table pivot axes results in changing load effects on the tilt cylinders. The hydraulics are designed to ensure the required performance and prevent overloading the components during normal operation. Suitable filters, in combination with a generously sized tank, ensure high availability of the hydraulic system. The necessary electrical control system is fully integrated into a sheet steel enclosure housing all required components. The core of the control system is a PLC, which processes operating parameters based on the programmed specifications. The emergency stop function and all relays and evaluation units required to operate the functions are also installed.
