We used connectors with various pole configurations (2P, 3P, 4P, 7P, 8P), depending on the customer’s requirements. On the 654 machine, connector feeding into the machine is automatic via a vibratory feeder. On the 656 machine, connectors are manually placed onto a pallet (one is inserted, the other pallet is in the stack and conductors are automatically inserted). 6. The presses are “smart” and automatically adjust the clamping height to the conductor. 7. The machines do not have an injection molding unit. 8. In practice, the maximum processed length has been 1,500 mm. According to technical specifications, even longer lengths are possible (see technical data below for each machine).
