The hydraulic four-column press The MV-250E/NC belongs to the M/NC series and was specially designed for higher precision and capacity, especially for deep drawing operations.
Equipped with an upper and lower table made of C45E steel, provided with DIN 650 grooves to ensure minimal friction during the vertical movement of the upper table. This is achieved by maintenance-free bimetallic bushings and perfect parallelism thanks to four chrome-plated and ground cylindrical columns.
It uses an optimized hydraulic system with a pressure below 290 bar, ensuring a long service life and reliable performance.
It meets all essential health and safety requirements according to CE regulations.
STRUCTURE AND TABLES
• Consists of three electro-welded blocks made exclusively of S355JR steel.
• Stabilized and machined at the end of the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.

• The electrical control panel features a selector switch for selecting the type of work to be performed: manual "adjustment" or automatic "production" cycle.
• The machine is operated via low-voltage electric pedals.
• For safety, it features Level IV photoelectric barriers in the front work area, two fixed side guards, and a practical guard with a magnetic separation detector in the rear.
