Coil Sheet Metal Cutting Line – CARBONINI SLER 1500 RIG – Year 2009

Industrial CARBONINI coil processing and sheet metal cutting line, designed to perform coil unwinding, sheet metal straightening, notching and cutting operations.

The line is capable of processing sheet metal with a maximum working width of 1,500 mm and a declared maximum thickness of 2 mm.
The system consists of several processing units arranged in sequence for sheet metal preparation and cutting.

Line Configuration

1. Coil Decoiler
Unit designed to support and unwind sheet metal coils, feeding the material into the processing line.

2. Sheet Metal Straightener
Straightening unit designed to correct deformations in the sheet metal as it is unwound from the coil, preparing it for subsequent processing operations.

3. Notching Unit
Unit designed to perform notching operations on sheet metal according to specific production requirements.

4. Shearing Unit
Cutting unit designed to cut sheet metal to the required dimensions.
