The operator checks the filter for mechanical damage using an endoscopic camera. If signs of melting, ceramic core cracks, or other apparent mechanical damage interfering with the DPF are detected, regeneration will not be possible. The regeneration process takes place in a closed chamber equipped with filters preventing harmful contaminants from escaping into the environment. Water with cleaning fluid circulates in a closed loop and is filtered throughout the process, significantly extending bath life. The DPF DUO Premium cleans filters using water, chemistry, and air. A precisely selected, computer-controlled sequence of water and detergent dosing, combined with air and impulses generated by compressed air, ensures high regeneration efficiency. After drying, the machine performs a final backpressure measurement.
