Description
High-Speed Roll Forming Profiling Line. Equipped with tooling for the production of GELAN and SCHUCO metal profiles used in PVC window frame manufacturing.
Machine speed up to 55 m/min for 6-meter profile production. Maximum material processing thickness: 2.5 mm. Upper and lower shaft diameter: 60 mm. Distance between stands: 360 mm. Each station features an individual gearbox, driven via two cardan shafts. Both upper and lower shafts are powered at each station. There are 15 working stands plus two straightening stands (Turkish heads). All tool rollers boast a surface hardness of 62 HRC. All auxiliary rollers and shafts that come in contact with the material are induction hardened to 58–62 HRC (run-out table rollers and horizontal accumulator rollers).
Fly-cutting servo positioning system (powered by a DELTA 7.5 kW servo motor + ball screw + linear guides). Product length is settable via HMI. Hydraulic cutting system.
Run-out table with automatic profile kickout, conveying, and separation system – enables continuous production without stoppage.
