High-Speed Roll Forming Profiling Line. Equipped with tooling for the production of GELAN and SCHUCO metal profiles used in PVC window frame manufacturing.

Machine speed up to 55 m/min for 6-meter profile production. Maximum material processing thickness: 2.5 mm. Upper and lower shaft diameter: 60 mm. Distance between stands: 360 mm. Each station features an individual gearbox, driven via two cardan shafts. Both upper and lower shafts are powered at each station.
