Automatic edge feed hopper with optical detection for fixed-length edging pieces. Combi Melt – Gluing zone, supports EVA and PUR hot-melt adhesives, as well as all standard cleaning granulates. Machine Control: Operated via a 15-inch color touchscreen monitor, unlimited number of work programs can be sequentially saved, all preselection of processing aggregates as well as working parameters for the CombiMelt gluing system allow for full automation and maximum operator comfort. Electronic control – reference points with high accuracy +/- 1 mm. Via Beckhoff industrial PC, certain tool aggregates can be adjusted during machine operation/loading.
