YQ32-315T Hydraulic Press
This series of presses are general-purpose hydraulic presses, widely used in machinery manufacturing, automotive, motor, electrical appliance, light industry and other industries. They are suitable for metal processing procedures including drawing, bending, flanging, cold extrusion and blanking. The machines also perform straightening, press fitting, as well as compression molding of powder products, abrasive products, plastic products and insulating materials.
The working pressure, pressing speed and stroke can all be adjusted within the specified parameter range according to process requirements. Equipped with an independent power unit and electrical control system, the press adopts centralized push-button control and supports three operation modes: manual, semi-automatic and automatic. It is available with two pressing modes: pressure setting and stroke setting.
Operation Sequence: Motor start → Main cylinder piston rapid no-load downstroke → Low-speed pressurization → Pressure holding (holding time adjustable) → Pressure relief → Slide return stroke → Work stop → Total stop

Mainframe
The mainframe adopts a vertical three-beam four-column structure, consisting of an upper beam, a slide, and a lower beam connected by four columns, which are fastened with nuts to form a closed rigid frame. All major structural components of the mainframe are fabricated from welded steel plates using CO₂ gas shielded welding. After welding, the entire frame undergoes vibration stress relief to eliminate internal residual stresses.
Key components are machined on advanced equipment such as gantry milling machines, large floor-type boring and milling machines, and large precision lathes, ensuring high overall accuracy of the machine. The mainframe is pre-tensioned using hydraulic nuts.
The slide is connected to the piston rod of the main cylinder and moves up and down guided by the columns. T-slots are provided on the lower surface of the slide and the upper surface of the movable worktable for die mounting. The columns are made of high-quality 45 carbon steel with hard chrome plating on the surface; the column guide sleeves are made of composite material, offering excellent wear resistance and self-lubricating properties.
