Description
Our powerful "MM 2010" sandblasting cabinet uses a pressure blasting process and, thanks to its innovative media recirculation system, is suitable for all types of blasting media.
Dcsdpfx Aowc Nrnof Ion
Thanks to the bucket elevator permanently connected to the cabinet, even the heaviest types of blasting media, such as stainless steel, cast steel, and other metallic media, can be used without any problems. Unlike competing systems, the blasting media is not sucked back into the cabinet, but rather transported to the adjacent bucket elevator via a flat conveyor system. The bucket elevator conveys the material upwards and throws it into the cyclone separator, where the blasting media is cleaned and returned to the blasting process. Our specially developed media recirculation recycling system ensures continuous media flow, regardless of the extraction system's suction power.
Thanks to the media recirculation system and the innovative fan technology, the blasting cabinet has very low energy requirements (0.75 kW fan motor). Since the blasting material is not sucked back in, no oversized extraction system with high power consumption is required (as with many competitive systems).
To achieve maximum blasting performance, the "MM 2010" pressure blasting cabinet is equipped with a 60-liter pressure blasting tank. This is equipped with a pressure regulator for continuously adjusting the blasting pressure from 0.1 to 12 bar. For safe operation, a water separator is permanently mounted on the blasting tank, protecting the blasting media from moisture.
The pressure blasting nozzle is made of highly wear-resistant boron carbide and allows a service life of up to 1,000 hours, depending on the blasting media used.
The blasting chamber is equipped with a wear-resistant rubber lining, which increases the service life of the blasting media and protects the blasting cabinet from wear. An air blow gun is installed for cleaning the blasted workpieces and blowing off the cabinet walls.
The permanently installed cartridge filter extraction system ensures optimal visibility in the blast chamber and maximum abrasive service life. The extraction system features continuous cleaning of the filter cartridges using compressed air blasts. This ensures a long service life of the filter media and consistently consistent extraction performance.
The blast chamber is loaded via an angled front flap that swings completely upwards. This allows the blast cabinet to be loaded using a forklift or crane. The sturdy work grate can support a maximum load of 500 kg.
To ensure optimal visibility in the blast chamber, two powerful and energy-saving LED lights are mounted on the cabin roof. Their roof-mounted design protects them from dust and wear.
The system is operated via a modern touchscreen display. To ensure safe operation of the blast cabinet, the blast cabinet is equipped with a door safety switch. The installed viewing windows are made of toughened safety glass and are provided with a wear-resistant film.
