During the process, the internal mixing elements perform a mechanical movement that allows the ingredients to be distributed, different components to be incorporated, and the product to be homogenized. The mixing time and conditions are adjusted according to the characteristics of the raw material and the required formulation. Once the cycle is complete, the product is discharged through the bottom discharge system to continue to the next production operations.
