Condition: excellent (used), KARL SCHNELL 740 HORIZONTAL MIXER – STAINLESS STEEL KARL SCHNELL 740 industrial horizontal mixer, designed for mixing, homogenizing, and preparing food products in industrial facilities processing meat, prepared foods, and pet food. The equipment incorporates a large-capacity horizontal tank with a mechanical agitation system, which allows for uniform distribution of ingredients and the creation of homogeneous mixtures of solid, pasty, or semi-solid products. Its stainless steel construction, robust industrial design, and bottom discharge system facilitate integration into production lines that require controlled and repetitive mixing processes. MAIN FEATURES - Manufacturer: KARL SCHNELL - Model: 740 - Type: Industrial horizontal mixer - Application: Food mixing and homogenization - Stainless steel horizontal tank - Internal mechanical agitation system - Mixing of solid and pasty ingredients - Motorized drive - Mechanical transmission system - Top product feed - Bottom discharge system - Discharge valves and connections - Visible pneumatic drives - Protective side panels - Robust industrial structure - Access for inspection and maintenance - Integrable into complete food processing lines OPERATING PROCESS The ingredients are introduced into the horizontal tank of the KARL SCHNELL 740 using the top feed system. During the process, the internal mixing elements perform a mechanical movement that allows the ingredients to be distributed, different components to be incorporated, and the product to be homogenized. The mixing time and conditions are adjusted according to the characteristics of the raw material and the required formulation. Once the cycle is complete, the product is discharged through the bottom discharge system to continue to the next production operations. It can be integrated with industrial grinders, emulsifiers, product pumps, cooking systems, feed tanks, fillers, and packaging lines. APPLICATIONS Especially suitable for meat industries, wet pet food manufacturers, and prepared food producers. Rcodpfjz R Tmpjx Apdeh Depending on the installed configuration, it can be used for: - Ground meat mixtures - Meat preparations - Products for sausages - Wet food for dogs and cats - Mixtures of meat and by-products for pet food - Pâtés and food pastes - Preparations with proteins and fats - Semi-solid and pasty products - Other compatible food formulations The KARL SCHNELL 740 provides an industrial solution for the preparation and homogenization of food mixtures, facilitating the uniform incorporation of ingredients before subsequent processing operations. The useful capacity of the tank, installed power, agitation speed, and internal configuration should be confirmed through the equipment's technical documentation. Machine available for inspection. Additional technical information, production capacity, formats, dimensions, additional photographs, or videos can be provided upon request.

Condition: excellent (used), functionality: fully functional, KARL SCHNELL | Microcutter / Vertical Process Kettle with Emulsification Function Rcsdoz Eu S Hspfx Apdsh Manufacturer: Karl Schnell Type: Vertical Microcutter / Process Automaton Professional vertical microcutter from the renowned German brand Karl Schnell. The device is designed for highly efficient chopping, emulsifying, mixing, and homogenizing of various materials in meat processing, food processing, dairy, catering, and ready-meal and sauce production facilities. It operates as a closed process system, enabling the production of perfectly smooth and uniform emulsions. The design is based on a conical working tank with two simultaneously operating systems. The upper drive operates a slow-speed mixer with Teflon scrapers, which constantly scrape the product from the walls of the kettle, preventing it from sticking and ensuring even distribution of the material. At the bottom of the tank is a high-speed cutting assembly (microcutter), which is responsible for rapid mixing, grinding, and emulsifying of the raw material. The machine's operation is fully ergonomic thanks to the use of a pneumatic system for lifting the working cover, which facilitates loading and streamlines the cleaning and disinfection processes. The integrated control panel allows for independent activation of the mixer, cutting assembly, and precise water metering.

Condition: excellent (used), Year of construction: 2012, Inline cooking line for pasteurizing processed cheese, heating from the initial mixing temperature to approximately 85°C for filling or further processing. The line consists of: Buffer Tank The buffer tank is used for the temporary storage of processed cheese prior to further processing or filling. The product is maintained at approximately 15°C to preserve quality and ensure optimal viscosity. This stabilizes the process flow, balances fluctuations in upstream and downstream operations, and helps maintain consistent product properties. Volume: 400 kg Model: Zufühfbehälter 400 Type: 670 Machine No.: 14616 Installed power: 22 kW (46A) Year of manufacture: 2012 The buffer tank is equipped with: - Tank with 2 feed augers, CIP cleanable. - Stainless steel covers - Load cells for weight indication on the buffer - Outfeed pump - CIP return pump (Fristam model: FPE3532/155, 7.5 kW) Inline Cooker The inline cooker is used to continuously heat and process the cheese mixture from approximately 15°C to 85°C. During this step, the product is thermally treated and homogenized by a high-shear mixer to ensure optimal mixing of steam into the product and to achieve the desired structure and consistency. This ensures efficient processing, uniform product quality, and a stable flow for downstream operations.
