We have developed motorized screw pumps of the CR/SERVO series with low consumption and energy savings of 60%.

The latest generation of CR-SERVO presses have evolved to offer a wide range of applications, including the ability to integrate these machines into automated production lines.
STRUCTURE:
The steel frames of this series consist of an electro-welded structure made exclusively of S355JR iron. They are stabilized and mechanized until the end of the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision. Calculated and designed using finite element software, this guarantees our high standards of precision and quality.
They feature an upper and lower table/ram plate made of C45E acrylic, equipped with T-slots according to DIN 650. The upper plate guarantees perfect parallelism thanks to two 50 mm diameter lateral guides and maintenance-free housings.
HYDRAULICS:
Single-acting main cylinder with liner, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free wear-resistant guides.
Two double-acting side cylinders with chrome-plated emblems and guides have been installed for rapid approach and retraction.
Rexroth hydraulic group with servomotor and control gear, including a control gear for approach and retraction and a constant-power, constant-speed piston controlled by the servomotor system, backstop, pressure relief valve, spindle shut-off valve, and air cooling.
ELECTRICALS:
Includes a SIEMENS SIMATRIC S7 1200 PLC and a 7' MPT-700 orientable control panel as standard. Allows programming of power, travel distance, and speeds, with a memory capacity of 300 programs.
The electrical and hydraulic valves are redundant and automatically controlled. They include an additional safety block and automatic valve and safety control devices. Correct operation and safety distance for the photocells are verified and certified.
Operation is via a low-voltage electric foot pedal.
To ensure safety, Type 4 PLe electric safety barriers, two practical side guards with safety valves, and interior LED lighting are installed in the front work area.
