Year of construction: 2010, condition: excellent (used), The QUADRA L1 consists of an automatic loading magazine and a gripper feed system for profile lengths up to 7,500 mm. The feed unit transports the profile bar to the machining unit, which is equipped with 6 spindle motors for drilling and milling operations all around the profile. The sawing module is 3-axis and fitted with a 600 mm diameter saw blade. The finished machined part is transported from the machining area to the unloading table by a discharge unit, where it is conveyed to the retrieval position via powered belts. The machining area is fully enclosed and can optionally be fitted with sound-absorbing mats. Automatic loading magazine with a maximum capacity of 15 profiles at a width of 100 mm. The profiles are transported to the gripper position via belt conveyor. Automatic 3-axis CNC feed unit. Based on profile data, the unit positions itself according to length and profile cross section at the loading position to feed the bar for processing.
