AURORA MP150 Pressure Parts Washer

The AURORA MP150 pressure parts washer is a compact workshop cleaning machine designed for cleaning mechanical parts, tools, and components. The enclosed working cabinet helps reduce liquid splashing, while the operating pressure of 5–8 bar makes it easier to remove oil, grease, carbon deposits, and other stubborn contaminants.

The parts washer uses a closed-loop cleaning solution system, allowing the cleaning fluid to be reused during ongoing work. The dual-function pneumatic gun enables both cleaning with a mixture of cleaning solution and compressed air and subsequent blow-off and drying of cleaned components.

The MP150 parts washer comes with 2 liters of concentrate for workshop parts washers. When preparing a 10% solution, the concentrate is sufficient to produce up to 20 liters of ready-to-use cleaning solution.

The appropriate concentration should be selected according to the type of surface, the nature of the contamination, and the cleaning method used.

Parts Washer with Dual-Function Pneumatic Gun

The AURORA MP150 is equipped with a pneumatic gun featuring two operating modes, allowing a single device to perform both thorough cleaning and blow-off drying of components.

In cleaning mode, a mixture of cleaning solution and compressed air is discharged from the nozzle. The pressurized stream helps remove contaminants from openings, channels, recesses, and surfaces with complex shapes.

After cleaning, the gun can be switched to blow-off mode. Compressed air removes residual cleaning solution from surfaces and hard-to-reach areas, making it easier to prepare components for further use, inspection, repair, or assembly.
