Construction and Technology

The MJ45-KB4 - 1600 is built on a heavy cast iron body, providing high resistance to twisting and maintaining stable geometry throughout years of operation.

The cutting unit operates inside a rigid housing, which reduces vibrations and increases blade durability. The sliding table guidance system is based on hardened steel rods and precision linear bearings, ensuring smooth movement and eliminating play during cutting.

The machine is also equipped with a roller support table, making it easier to handle large-format materials.

Precision and Work Efficiency

Thanks to high blade speeds of up to 6000 rpm and a precise guiding system, the MJ45-KB4 panel saw provides perfectly straight and clean cutting edges, even when processing layered boards.

The scoring blade, rotating at 8000 rpm, effectively eliminates laminate chipping and tearing. The adjustable cutting angle range of 0–45° allows complex formatting operations to be carried out with full control and accuracy.
