The solids content is typically in the range of 0.1–20 vol.-%. The main applications are bacteria, rDNA products, enzymes, cell cultures, and vaccines. It is also suitable for industrial fermentation processes using microbial cells for the production of acids, chemicals, fuels, etc. Applications requiring low oxygen uptake can also benefit from the hermetic design features of the MRPX 810 separator.
