Description
Single-stage cleaning machine
Csdpfx Ajvvuzcobusrh
Principle of operation, machine with lifting door
The tank of the cleaning machine is manually filled with tap water (optionally via the AR-2 automatic refill valve) and heated via heating elements and thermostat settings.
The time settings for the washing, draining (optionally drying and steam extraction) phases are set via the “PROCESS TIMER”.
The parts are placed on the loading grid or loading trolley and pushed into the cleaning cabinet. Optionally, for heavy loads, a conveyor belt (MIU / AIU) can be installed to transport the parts into the cleaning booth.
The lifting door is closed, the machine is started and the washing pump displaces the cleaning liquid onto the objects to be cleaned via the rotary spray systems.
The rotation of the upper and lower spray pipe is activated by the reaction force of the reaction nozzle located at one of the ends of the spray pipe. The rotation speed can be adjusted with a screw in the reaction nozzle.
Optionally, the rotation of the upper spray pipe can be motorized and the spray pipes can be equipped with nozzles.
After the washing time has elapsed, there is a short dripping time in which the used cleaning liquid is returned to the washing tank via the filter baskets.
Optionally, the liquid from the washing stage can be filtered using a filter unit (EFG-6 or PP197).
Optionally, an additional stage, such as pre-washing or rinsing, is possible using the fixed spray pipes NS-2 / NS-TEMP. In this case, the parts are rinsed with fresh water (cold or heated) which flows into the drain via the drain valve.
Optionally, the parts can be dried after the cleaning process using a drying unit.
After the cleaning process has been completed, the lifting door is left ajar for steam extraction. The steam from the cleaning booth is extracted using the steam extractor (DF-250S) or it can be condensed using the steam condenser (FX6002) and returned to the tank.
Both accessories are optional and are not part of the standard equipment of the machine.
After the steam extraction time has elapsed, the lifting door opens completely and the cleaning process is finished.
Optionally, the lifting door can be equipped with a safety bar that automatically stops the door when it detects an object in the door opening.
The cleaned components can be removed from the cleaning cabinet onto a loading platform or a loading trolley.
