The high-pressure homogeniser is a type of ultra-fine grinding and emulsification equipment. It operates by subjecting the suspension to high pressure, then passing it through a unified decompression zone. Bulging, implosion, shearing, and high-speed impact occur in an adjustable flow-restriction gap. This pulverises particles and oil droplets in the liquid to a very fine size, resulting in an ideal emulsion and a homogeneously dispersed liquid.
