Working method:
- the parts to be processed are moved by their own friction
. deburred, descaled and derusted.
- the closed design reduces the noise generated during deburring
. to just 68 - 72 dB(A).
- a direct-acting dust extraction system automatically removes
. the dust generated during processing.
- the machine can also process oily punched and sawn parts.
- during this processing, additional sawdust is added to the drum.
- a time delay switch switches the dust extraction system on individually.
- the parts are thus deoiled and dried first.
- only after this process does the dust extraction system switch on
. automatically to suck the sawdust out of the drum.
- by specifying the drum speed, optimal processing is guaranteed.
- the LIMA-400 L deburring machine can be set up anywhere,
