Special design with thermetic cream outlet (no pump), for cold skimming, therefore the cream is pushed out with hermetic system but the inlet pressure (no cream pump/gripper inside machine), without damaging the fatt bowls even at low temperature, including Bowl, motor cover and manouvering water valves.
