Knife grinding machine

Göckel G 130PL

Condition: new, Year of construction: 2026, CORMAK TSC630 Planer Knife Sharpener is a precise and efficient machine designed for sharpening planer knives, chipper knives, shredder knives, and other machine blades used in woodworking, sawmills, and industrial production facilities. Thanks to its ability to sharpen knives up to 630 mm in length, this model is an excellent solution wherever accuracy, repeatability, and fast tool restoration are essential. Dull knives result in poorer machining quality, increased machine load, and unnecessary downtime. The CORMAK TSC630 quickly restores the perfect sharpness of machine knives, ensuring high-quality grinding results and full control over the sharpening process. Main advantages of the machine Sharpening knives up to 630 mm – suitable for most standard planer knives and machine blades within this length range. Liquid cooling system – effectively removes heat generated during grinding, protecting the cutting edge from overheating. Adjustable sharpening angle 0–90° – allows precise adjustment according to the knife type and required cutting geometry. Bodpfey Sf Ukox Ag Todi Smooth manual feed system – linear bearing guides ensure stable and precise movement of the grinding assembly. Adjustable clamps and stops – enable quick and repeatable positioning of the knife. Ability to sharpen several thin knives at once – stacking blocks allow simultaneous sharpening of planer knives with a thickness of 3 mm. Smooth grinding wheel height adjustment – allows accurate positioning of the grinding wheel relative to the sharpened knife. Collection tank with drain opening – enables collection and reuse of the coolant. Construction and technology The CORMAK TSC630 sharpener has been designed for users who require a stable, accurate, and convenient machine for daily knife sharpening operations. The grinding assembly moves along precision linear guides equipped with linear bearings, ensuring smooth movement of the grinding wheel across the entire length of the blade. This solution provides a uniform grinding process without the risk of uneven sharpening and allows full control over the sharpening operation, even when working with longer knives. Perfectly sharp knives without overheating the cutting edge Temperature control is one of the most important factors during sharpening. The integrated liquid cooling system effectively removes heat generated during grinding, protecting the material from overheating and loss of cutting properties. Thanks to the cooling system, sharpened knives maintain the correct geometry, retain sharpness for longer, and ensure high-quality performance after being installed back into the machine.
