Such number of forming stages makes it possible to ensure smooth sheet changes during rolling, as well as high quality of the final product. Those tools are made from special tool steel, and goes through process of hardening so ensure high requirements for the cutting tools of the equipment. Our company can produce as semi-automatic rolling machine for the metal fence pickets manufacturing and a manual punching press for it, as well as a fully automatic line. Such metal fence automatic line can have following components: console metal decoiler, a rolling machine equipped with an automatization system with the ability to program the number of required pickets for rolling and their lengths, automatic electric shear for cutting metal at the end and stacker part.
