Description
Working table measuring 4,500 × 1,250 mm with eight 22 mm T-slots. Maximum permissible table load of 10,000 kg. Axis travels of 4,000 mm in X, 2,500 mm in Y and 1,000 mm in Z. Distance between columns of 2,040 mm.
Automatic UAG universal milling head with 2.5° indexing steps and hydraulic tool clamping, ISO 50 spindle taper to DIN 69871. Spindle rated at 30 kW, reaching 5,000 rpm. Cutting feed from 2 to 7,500 mm/min; rapid traverse of 15,000 mm/min on the X and Y axes and 12,000 mm/min on the Z axis.
Automatic tool changer with 30 stations. Renishaw tool measuring probe installed, plus provision for a Renishaw workpiece touch probe. Two chip conveyors. External coolant system together with internal coolant supply through the milling head. Enclosed splash guarding, CE marked.
