General work description
The work sequence can essentially be divided into the following steps:

Program input
Take the program number of the carcass from the list and enter it using the keyboard, confirm the entry with the Enter key The press now moves to the saved dimension for this carcass

Pressing process
I. After the position has been reached, the cylinders for the base support and the left side stop extend
2. now place the left side on the base support. The side is automatically held in place by an injection suction cup
3. then insert the floor and press it lightly into the dowel holes on the left-hand side
4. then insert the right-hand side and connect it to the floor
5. press the + button to press the bottom with the sides
6. now insert the sheet and fit it into the dowels.
7. press the + button to press the sheet with the sides
8. now check that all connections are clean and that the body is angled.
9. when all parts are correctly connected, press the + button again to switch on the final pressing pressure.
10. you can undo all steps individually by pressing the - button

Releasing the press
1. when you have completed all the work on the carcass, end the pressing process by pressing the release button. The pressure cylinders are switched off and the carcass is held in place with the two lower cylinders
2. as soon as the cylinders for the base support are retracted, place the transport pallet on the roller rails.
3. press the release button again to set the carcase down on the pallet and slide it onto the console conveyor.

Next carcase
I. After the press is empty again, press the + button The press now moves back into position for processing a new carcase of the same type
2. if a different type of carcase is to be pressed, press the F6 key to return to the input page.
