Principle of operation and benefits: The dust-loaded air enters the Dustmaster through the Ø160mm inlet via a hose or extraction arm (optional upon request). o The elbow arrests dust movement, and the tangential inlet causes a cyclonic effect to enhance the separation of the dust from the air stream. p The heavier dust particles are separated from the air stream and collected in the oversized 120 litre dust container. The large volume enhances dust settlement and allows longer operations. q The air streams upwards towards the powerful 2.2 kW industrial fan, which produces high suction performance. r The lighter dust particles are collected on the large high efficiency M class 5.8 m2 envelope (or 8.8 m2 cartridge) filter, with DM 1258M (ENVELOPE FILTER) ƒ Heavy-duty polyester needle felt (PNF) with Teflon coating, envelope-type filter design ƒ High efficiency, M class.
