Description
This system is designed to transport filled IV bags from the cleanroom, load and position IV bags into trays using a pick-and-place robot, stack trays on a pallet, and move pallets of empty trays to and from cells. The system consists of connecting conveyors, a clean station with a delta robot, a robotic loading station (delta robot and 4-axis robot), and an unloading station (2 x 4-axis robots).
