Rühle SR2 Turbo

The RÜHLE SR2 Turbo is a dicing machine from the German brand RÜHLE, designed for cutting fresh, cooked, or slightly frozen meat, sausages, hams, cooked vegetables, fish, and suitable types of cheese into cubes, strips, or slices. The machine is built entirely from stainless steel, with smooth surfaces and gently rounded edges.

How does the RÜHLE SR2 Turbo dicer work?
The product is placed into a large working chamber measuring 120 x 120 x 500 mm, eliminating the need for pre-cutting the raw material and allowing whole pieces — such as an entire pork neck or well-stuffed products — to be loaded directly. Gentle mechanical feed ensures even delivery of the product to the blades, even for hot, freshly cooked batches, and the cut product is carried by a discharge belt into a standard 200-liter meat container, 750 mm in height.

The machine is designed to work with raw material across a wide temperature range – from -3°C to +80°C – allowing it to cut both slightly frozen products and hot products fresh from cooking.
