The kettle is equipped with a continuously adjustable, top-driven agitator. The boiling vapours are extracted by a kettle fan into a vapour condensation pipe fitted with Lechler nozzles. The kettle also features a CIP spray head and a digital thermometer. 2. Mashing and lauter tun, insulated, with a continuously adjustable rake, inlets and outlets for wort and thick mash, spent grain flap, lauter floor (designed as a slotted screen floor), mash/wort pump and digital thermometer.
