We offer a PEGAS 440x600 HORIZONTAL X-NC-BS automatic double-column CNC band saw for metal cutting.

This is one of the last two available machines of this highly successful model, which was discontinued in 2025. The machines were completed from the final production components and are now available at a significantly reduced price.

The machine remains the property of the manufacturer and has been used exclusively as a demonstration machine. The buyer receives a fully professional industrial machine with direct manufacturer support and a 24-month warranty.

SIEMENS CNC Control

The machine is equipped with a modern SIEMENS SIMATIC S7-1200 control system that manages the blade drive, saw head movement and material feeder.

Operators can create and store up to 1,000 cutting programs, define cutting lengths, quantities, blade speed and feed parameters.

The automatic RTO (Rotate To) function enables automatic angle positioning, significantly reducing setup times when producing structural steel components and profiles with varying cutting angles.

Precision Servo Material Feed

The material feeder is equipped with:

Servo drive

This ensures excellent positioning accuracy and repeatability, providing substantially higher precision than conventional hydraulic feeding systems.
