NOMA KN-60 Typhoon

The NOMA NOWICKI KN-60 cutter is a high-speed meat cutter with a 60-liter bowl, manufactured in 2024, designed for grinding, emulsifying, and mixing meat, fat, and other raw materials in small and medium-sized food processing plants and food service companies. The machine is equipped with a microprocessor-based control system with memory for 40 processing programs, stepless speed control for the blades and bowl, hydraulic unloading, and a hygienic design that facilitates cleaning. Replacement parts are included.

The mixing function with reverse blade rotation (from – 200 to – 400 rpm) allows the filling to be gently mixed without further grinding. Once the process is complete, the finished mixture is discharged hydraulically, with an adjustable discharge disc speed, for both dry and liquid mixtures. All operating parameters are controlled by a microprocessor, which can store up to 40 processing programs.
