The backlash-free ball screw drive enables positioning accuracy of +/-0.03 mm, while the minimal clearance of 0.04 mm allows quality cuts even on materials ranging from 0.5 mm up to the machine’s maximum thickness. The design of the worktable ensures a straight cut, even under heavy loads. The automatic selection of clearance and cutting angle according to material type and thickness, as well as compensation for backgauge position, allow even less-experienced operators to run the machine efficiently and consistently achieve high product quality.
