Condition: new, Year of construction: 2025, Metal picket fence roll forming machine MFP-1 was designed by our company to produce semi-round shape picket metal fence profile. This profile is widely used and popular among companies with business in manufacturing, installation and selling of metal fences.
The production of the profile goes gradually, at first hemming forms on edges from the flat metal, and then the height of the profile and the semi-round shape are formed, at the last stage of rolling machine forms the rib in the profile center. Such number of forming stages makes it possible to ensure smooth sheet changes during rolling, as well as high quality of the final product.
As a blank, you can use a strip of required width and length, to prepare it with pre-cut on other equipment – sheet metal slitting machine or guillotine shear. After roll forming, to make fence picket end look better, you can use special cutting press of our production. The working tools of such press have special round configuration and are the same as semi-round metal picket shape to make appropriate cutting. Those tools are made from special tool steel, and goes through process of hardening so ensure high requirements for the cutting tools of the equipment.
Our company can produce as semi-automatic rolling machine for the metal fence pickets manufacturing and a manual punching press for it, as well as a fully automatic line.
