The system combines heavy-duty material handling, computer-controlled positioning, a 400-ton hydraulic stone splitter, hydraulic manipulator and receiving system into one integrated production process.

400-ton splitting force, 1,500 mm splitting head, maximum material height 500 mm and 52 splitting knives. The splitting process is programmable and repeatable.

5. MP-1200 × 500 hydraulic manipulator
Maximum capacity: 500 kg
Working reach: 1,800 mm
Designed for positioning and handling stone during production.

AUTOMATED PRODUCTION PROCESS

The offer includes the COMPLETE INTEGRATED PRODUCTION LINE, not only the stone splitter.

The system integrates material loading, transport, positioning, hydraulic splitting, manipulation, receiving and waste removal.

The technology was developed in cooperation between WRKB-GRANIT, KUZIK and Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences.

According to project documentation, the technology provides:
• approx. 14–18% lower electricity consumption per production unit
• approx. 11–16% lower noise during splitting
• improved raw material utilization
• increased production repeatability
• reduced manual material handling
