Kilia EX4000, 325l vacuum

We offer a Kilia K4000 Express vacuum bowl cutter with a 325-litre bowl capacity. This is an industrial machine designed for intensive cutting, mixing and emulsifying of meat fillings in food processing plants.

The cutter is equipped with 8 knives, a knife shaft cutting speed from 500 to 4400 rpm and a forward/reverse mixing function in the range of 50 – 500 rpm. Thanks to its high 90 kW power and solid construction, the machine is suitable for the production of sausages, frankfurters, pâtés, meat fillings, meat emulsions and other products requiring precise cutting and thorough mixing of ingredients.

The Kilia K4000 Express is equipped with hydraulic cover control and is designed for vacuum processing. The vacuum pump and an additional set of knives are included in the set.
