CVI II Controller
From simple start-up operations to complex sequence applications—with up to 20 phases and 250 cycles—for optimal speed, accuracy, and ease of use with every connection.

The controller features various interfaces, including an Ethernet port, an RS232 port, 7 logic inputs, and 8 logic outputs (24 volts).

The CVI II controller can operate an ER series handheld power tool or an EM series stationary screwdrive.

It is important to note that the CVI II can also be used in combination with a sensor-controlled angle screwdriver such as the Desoutter ERA40J, which has a torque range of 8 to 40 Nm and a 3/8" drive.

Storage Capacity
Between 2,500 and 8,500 tightening results per station, depending on the number of cycles and operating mode (asynchronous or synchronous).
