Description
The existing window coating line was in full operation until December 19, 2025. The system is currently still connected to the electrical supply network but will be replaced by a new robotic coating system over the turn of the year.
The objective is to find a suitable subsequent user who will professionally dismantle and remove the complete system on their own responsibility at the beginning of the coming year.
System Concept Description
Loading and unloading of traverses with window frames and sashes takes place via a lifting/lowering station, which allows for ergonomic and process-safe feeding of the system.
Lsdpjx Npzcjfx Affsak
Impregnation and priming of the workpieces is carried out in a vertical flooding booth. The coating application is performed using the flooding process via vertically arranged coating nozzles. This is followed by a drip-off and drying zone, where the traverses are guided in an inclined position.
The first drying tunnel has a buffer capacity of approx. 40 traverses. Drying is achieved by means of warm air generated from a hot water system with a supply temperature of approx. 85°C.
A switching unit enables workpieces to be routed either to a second impregnation/priming stage or directly to the subsequent coating section, as required.
The coating section consists of a lifting stand with integrated electrostatic application (E-Statik). Coating is performed on one side only, supplemented by an automated turning unit, allowing workpieces to be returned to the spray system for a repeat coating pass.
The second drying tunnel enables buffering of approx. 50 traverses. Here as well, drying is by warm air supplied by a hot water system at approx. 85°C.
A buffer section after the second drying tunnel with a capacity of about 25 traverses serves as a transfer area to the unloading station.
