This consists of the following components: - Stainless steel mash/lauter tun for mashing, mashing and draining the mash. Separate control of the thermo-oil-heated frame and bottom heating. The wort cooler has a PT1000 temperature sensor. - Thermal oil heating for heating the laser-welded heating zones of the brewing vessels. In the thermal oil tank, approx. 50-65 l oil is heated electrically to a maximum of 150°C. A safety switch ensures that the heating is automatically stopped if the temperature exceeds 160°C. The vessel is equipped with a temperature and level probe. A pump circulates the thermal oil. - 12 hl hot water tank, standing separately on three feet, with a manhole on the top. The tank is heatable, insulated and equipped with a hose level indicator, temperature probe and hot water pump. - Centrifugal pump for product transfer between the tanks and for CIP cleaning with a motor power of 0.37 kW and infinitely variable speed control. - Stainless steel pipes and manual valves for diverting the product flows.
