This was extended by approx. 3–4 m³ with wooden panels. - Intermediate screw conveyor to hammer mill - Hammer mill 11 kW for size reduction of wood chips or other materials - Inclined mixer for material homogenization, incl. moisture measurement, dosing, and level measurement - Dosing hopper for pressing aids feeds into the inclined mixer - Dosing screw conveyor for optimal material feed into the press (speed-controlled) - Press 15 kW including full indicator, temperature monitoring and discharge chute - Conveyor belt to dedusting screen - Dedusting screen with material discharge at 3 m height The plant is designed so it can be easily expanded with a second 15 kW press. All parameters are monitored so that the press will be shut down automatically in the event of a fault. The press can also be operated and monitored remotely from any PC.
