Two frequency-controlled motors (5.5 kW each) ensure that the suction power is adjusted accordingly, especially under highly variable operating conditions. This ensures that only the energy that is actually needed is consumed. This dust extractor handles air volumes of up to 10,000 m³/h and is ideally suited for extracting dust from large CNC machines or entire machining centers. The innovative and highly intelligent control system automates the extraction process in conjunction with the connected machines. Extraction starts automatically as soon as a connected machining center is switched on. If the power requirement is lower, only one fan is started. As soon as several extraction points are in operation, the second fan is automatically switched on.
