How does the TREIF TWISTER AT with the STORM lift work?
Raw material is placed in a transport container, which is raised and tilted by the STORM lift, emptying its contents directly into the loading chamber of the TWISTER AT cutter. Inside the machine, raw material passes through the cutting assembly, where interchangeable knives (a quick tool-change system requiring no additional instruments) cut it into cubes, strips, or slices, depending on the tooling used and the selected cutting program.

Control is handled via a touchscreen panel with stored cutting programs, allowing quick switching between settings when changing products or knife spacing.
