Brewhouse 2-unit brewhouse (Kaspar Schulz, built in 2013) as a brewing block with copper-clad stainless steel vessels. The wort is cooled by a separate plate heat exchanger (API Heat Transfer, built in 2013) with downstream wort aeration.
