This protects the activated carbon filter, which is the core component of the hood, from becoming contaminated too quickly and ensures optimal functionality. This Plus condensation hood can be ideally used in the front area, in enclosed spaces, or during show cooking. Retrofitting and installation on Rational SCC 61/101 WE units can be carried out with minimal effort.
