Description
The CNC 2030 SPECIAL milling plotter is a high-precision machine built in Poland, used for machining many engineering materials, i.e.: wood, wood-based (chipboard, MDF, OSB, etc.), plastics (Plexiglas, PVC, HPL, etc.), composites (dibond, carbon, alucobond), soft metals, etc.
CONSTRUCTION:
The plotter is made entirely of high quality steel. During the manufacturing process, all components undergo a special heat treatment.
WORKING SURFACE:
The working area of our machine tool is 2100 x 3100 [mm]. It is possible to manufacture the machine with a different working area.
Z-AXIS RANGE AND GANTRY CLEARANCE:

The Z-axis range is 200 mm as standard. However, it is possible to increase it to 400 mm.
DRIVES:
High-resolution, high-power digital motors have been used to drive our machine tools, ensuring adequate acceleration and speed in each direction. The X and Y axes use classic and well-proven helical slats, which ensure long service life and precision, and a high-performance ball screw is used to drive the Z axis.
SPRING:
A powerful, liquid-cooled and durable high-end brushless spindle is used to drive the cutting tool. The spindle bearings are high-quality machine bearings, which are very quiet and guarantee above-average durability. The spindle speed ranges from 6 to 24,000 rpm.
SOFTWARE:
The machine has been provided with suitable, easy-to-use CAD/CAM software in the latest version.
CONTROL:
This is done by means of a controller, which has its own processor and operating memory to ensure stable and reliable operation. The controller has a function to return to further operation after power loss so there is no need to initialise the program from scratch.
VACUUM TABLE:
The table is made with raster technology, thanks to the sections used we can separate any part of the table with a seal. This allows us to adapt the working area to the specific workpiece. A well-chosen vacuum pump according to the size of the table will guarantee uniform suction of the material to the table.
6-POSITION LINEAR TOOL MAGAZINE:
The linear magazine enables an automatic machining process. It is used for multi-tool machining. In addition, it allows for faster and more efficient work and contributes to the elimination of operator errors. The standard magazine on our machines is for 6 positions. It can be extended to 16 positions.
Oscillating knife
The oscillating knife is a state-of-the-art head fitted to CNC machines, designed for cutting low-density materials. The blade moves up and down and thus 'slices' the material. This makes it possible to cut thick, soft materials - FOAM foam, magnetic foils, corrugated cardboard, textiles.
