The wash tank is filled with a mixture of water and water-soluble IBS special cleaner (washing solution). The contaminated items are placed in the rotating washing basket, and the lid is closed. After setting the desired washing temperature and time, the unit is switched on and the solution in the tank is heated. Inside the closed unit, the basket rotates at a constant speed around its own axis. The pump units draw the washing solution from the tank and distribute it through 6 stainless steel jet pipes with overlapping flat spray nozzles. The items are intensively sprayed from all sides with the hot solution due to the uniform rotation of the motor-driven basket. Once the cleaning process is complete, the unit shuts off automatically.
