After the heat-sealing operation, the operator must return the tray holder to the loading position, remove the sealed tray, and load the next tray for subsequent sealing. This group can be fitted with a date coding device for printing manufacturing/expiry dates. Optionally, a centering device allows for accurate alignment of the printed image in the centre of the metallized film covering the tray. Sealing and cutting section: In this group, the film is cut and sealed onto the tray (the cut matches the exact shape of the tray). Once the tray is positioned in the sealing area, the operator presses the START button to carry out the sealing and cutting operation. The sealing plate is electronically timed, and each operation requires individual temperature adjustment.
