Condition: excellent (used), Corner sealing machine with shrink tunnel For sale is a professional, semi-automatic corner sealing machine with an integrated shrink tunnel from the Italian quality manufacturer Pactur. It is ideal for quickly and professionally shrink-wrapping cartons, books, bottles, textiles or other packaged goods in shrink film. The Ladypack 80/SI model is characterized by its enormous flexibility and very large sealing frame. It combines the sealing and shrinking processes in a compact, mobile unit, which saves a great deal of space in the production hall. Impulse sealing system: The corner sealer uses a Teflon-coated sealing bar. It produces clean, extremely tear-resistant seams without smoke development. Efficient shrink tunnel: The integrated tunnel has a closed recirculating air system with adjustable air deflection plates. This ensures a completely uniform heat distribution and a perfectly smooth shrink result – even with demanding product geometries. Precise digital control: The clear control panel allows the sealing time, cooling time of the sealing bar and the tunnel temperature to be precisely adjusted to the film thickness used (PO, PE or PVC). Heavy-duty conveyor belt: The tunnel is equipped with a durable, heat-resistant metal grid belt. It reliably transports even heavy packaged goods (e.g. printed materials, canned goods or wooden parts). Ergonomic infeed table: The separate, mobile preparation table enables quick loading of products into the half-tube film. The film unwinding is smooth and easy thanks to ball bearings. Perfectly suitable for printing companies, logistics centers, laundries or contract packers for shrink-wrapping: - Cartons and multi-packs - Books, catalogs and stacks of magazines - Textiles and household goods - Bottle carriers and cans Technical data & equipment: Manufacturer: Pactur (Made in Italy) Model: Ladypack 80 series Type: Corner sealer & shrink tunnel combination Sealing frame dimensions: approx. 560 x 800 mm (for medium to large packaged goods) Control: Digital control unit for precise adjustment of sealing time and tunnel temperature Transport: Robust and heat-resistant metal grid belt in the shrink tunnel Power supply: 380 V / 3 phases Max. power consumption: 11.5 kW Mobility: The entire system and the separate infeed table are mounted on stable swivel casters Max. film roll width 700 mm Max. film roll diameter Ø 250 mm External dimensions (length x width x height): approx. 1,800 mm x 2,000 mm x 1,120 mm Max. product height: approx. 150 mm (due to the design in the tunnel passage) Net weight: approx. 400 kg Dwsdpjz Dtf Aofx Al Ajc "Everything from a single source: We would be happy to offer you suitable bank financing for your project." Condition: good (used), Year of construction: 2004, Stedler SAM-BA-MAT E 500 Shrink Wrapping Machine, AM-BA-MAT E 500 Shrink Wrapping Machine Functional Description The machine is used for individually or collectively wrapping packages with polyethylene shrink film. * Operating principle: Semi-automatic and pneumatic. * Process: The product is manually fed in via a format slide; all subsequent steps (banding, further transport into the shrink tunnel) are carried out automatically. * Sealing process: A continuously heated safety sealing device separates and seals the film. A Teflon cloth prevents the film from sticking to the sealing blade. Placing the film rolls * Positioning: The rolls are placed on pairs of support rollers, both above and below. * Adjustment: Adjustment rings limit the film laterally with an allowance of approximately 1–2 mm (adjustment using an Allen key). Dwedpfxjtzbkkj Al Aec * Preparation: The film ends are guided through the sealing device. By pushing the infeed carriage forward and backward once, the separating sealing process is pneumatically initiated, creating the so-called film curtain. * Film material: Processes two rolls of flat shrink film made of polyethylene. * Film thickness: The recommended standard thickness is 40 µm (micrometers). * Film alignment: The rolls are fixed with adjustment rings, with a lateral play of 1–2 mm to be set. * Film width: The maximum width is 210 mm. * Control: The machine operates pneumatically and is activated via a manual slide. Condition: good (used), overall weight: 400 kg, Skinetta ASK 450 Stretch Banding Machine Intended Use of the Machine The stretch banding machines in the SKINETTA series are designed for tightly wrapping individual or multiple products with polyethylene film. In contrast to shrink-wrapping machines, the film is pulled tightly around the package before sealing. This tightening is the main advantage of this process, reducing film consumption by up to 20%. Dsdpfx Alop U T Ife Ajwc A particular advantage of the patented SKINETTA sealing system is the stepless, precise metering. The film is sealed (welded) in a very small area, creating a clean seal with minimal overhang. By using a SKINETTAther or SKINETTAshrink hot air hood and a sufficiently wide film, the protruding film overhang can be reduced laterally. This increases the stability of the container and prevents individual products from falling out sideways in correspondingly grouped containers. With suitable additional devices, a complete closure of the containers is possible by sealing, crimping, and folding the film laterally. The SKINETTA stretch banding machine program includes six basic models for film widths from 25 mm to 200, 290, 440, 590, 790, and 1250 mm. To increase output, two- to four-lane systems are available in addition to the single-lane version. - With the SK series (semi-automatic), the products are grouped on the machine table by an operator. Insertion into the film and the subsequent stretch banding process is triggered either by a foot switch or a two-hand control. Full automation is possible at a later date (except for the SK 200 model). - With the ASK series (fully automatic), the products are fed, grouped, and then banded fully automatically using appropriate additional equipment. A modular system of feeding, grouping, forming and special equipment based on over 20 years of experience allows adaptation to the most diverse customer tasks with proven standard elements.
